RACAD Tech Inc. signed an OEM distribution agreement with Xerox Uruguay

Toronto, April 28, 2008 - RACAD Tech Inc. a leading provider of Internet based solutions, announced today that it has signed an OEM license agreement with Tecnomax S.A., operating as Xerox Uruguay, to distribute the GoPrint2 print driver in Uruguay to the graphic and print market.

"This license agreement demonstrates the need by OEMs to find practical web-based solutions that will add value to their products and provide necessary solutions to help their customers become more efficient and profitable with their print and graphics businesses" said Reuben Ben Quesus, President and CEO of RACAD Tech Inc. "This is the first of many more distribution license agreements that RACAD will seek out for the GoPrint2 print driver solution, as there has already been significant interest in the market for such a user-friendly and simple print e-procurement solution."
